A record of exhibits given in evidence, information material considered by the Inquiry, and court transcripts may be accessible.

Some exhibits and documents tendered at hearings may be redacted prior to publication.

Many Exhibits are classified as third party materials (identified in the below table as TP) and are not licensed under a Creative Commons licence or similar terms of use. You are required to obtain permission from third parties to reuse their material beyond the ways you are permitted to use them under the Copyright Act 1968.

The Board of Inquiry has made all reasonable efforts to:

• clearly label material where the copyright is owned by a third party. Note that this does not include photos, images and video which are all regarded as third party material.
• ensure that the copyright owner has consented to this material being presented on this website.
