Public hearings will be live streamed from this website.

Live streaming will be provided on condition that it not be recorded, rebroadcast, published or shared in any form without prior written approval from the Chairperson. This applies to video and audio recordings and still images from the live stream.

Please note that the broadcast may be muted or suspended at any time, including:

1. when the Board has exercised its power to conduct a private hearing for special circumstances
2. where a relevant non-publication order is in place.

Note the availability or quality of the stream may be affected by technical issues beyond the Board’s control.

Media guidelines will be provided to journalists.
